Cancelation Returns Refunds

Cancelations

  1. Cancelations are accepted within 24 hours of your order being placed or before the shipping label is printed(whichever comes first).
  2. Cancelations will not be accepted under any circumstances after the shipping process has begun.
  3. Cancelations may be initiated by the owner for any reason, which the customer is entitled to know. This type of cancelation will not be completed without explanation.

Returns

  1. Returns will be accepted for 2 weeks after the tracking number reads delivered.
  2. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
  3. A full refund will be given to the form of payment used after the return item is received by the seller.
  4. If the item is damaged, the seller will only offer a partial refund.  Photos can be provided to the customer to show the damaged areas upon request.

Refunds

  1. Refunds can be issued if A: the item arrives damaged B: the item is returned to the sender in the same condition it was sent C: the item never arrives.
  2. A.  If the product arrives damaged a refund may be issued.  Photos of the damaged item must be provided or a refund will not be issued. Photos of the packaging would also be appreciated but are not required. Depending on the extent of the damage and if the buyer wishes to keep the item, a partial or full refund will be issued.  The buyer also has the option to have the item remade and resent free of charge however this will take the place of the refund.
  3. B. A full refund will be issued upon return of an item if it is received in the same condition it was sent by the buyer.  If the item is returned to the buyer with scratches, breaks, or glued on pieces, only a partial refund will be issued.  This refund does not include the cost of the return shipping label which must be purchased by the buyer.
  4. C. If the item never arrives the buyer is entitled to a refund or another item being sent if certain conditions are met.  The buyer and seller must both reach out to the shipping carrier to attempt to locate the package.  The seller will contact the office that is responsible for shipping.  The buyer must contact their local post office about their package as well.  If both of these conditions are met the buyer may choose a full refund or a new item be shipped.
